From the traditional to alternate, to totally one offs, I produce a range of Christmas items that will brighten up any home and provide a unique talking point for friends and family. As with all of my other items, every wooden item is made from re purposed wood whether it be beech offcuts from the kitchen fitting industry to reclaimed oak or bamboo flooring.

Antler chopping board (Bamboo) Size, approximately 60cm x 32cm. Reclaimed oak flooring is planed and cut before being glued together to create the ‘blank board.. The outline design is cut using CNC machine before the antlers are hand shaped. The boards are then sanded using progressively finer abrasives and then receive a minimum of three coats of food safe mineral oil. The boards are then hand finished using my secret recipe board butter to a lovely satin finish.

Reindeer

The reindeer are again made using offcuts from furniture manufacture. The timber is often discarded because of imperfections, but these can often enhance the beauty of the item. These are usually made from beech, but on occasion they can be oak, cherry, walnut even plywood. They are available in a variety of size dependant on the size of the stock.
